Composite Materials Design
Optimized designed parts: Laminates Layout calculations, design and process selection, materials and moulds/toolings type selection, layup, laminate and construction drawings, laminate thicknesses and joining details. From concept to manufacturing drawings.

Naval Architecture
3D Design and modelling, hydrostatic calculations, Stability and Trimming, Weight and centre of gravity estimation. Full set of drawing, including detailed construction drawings to be submitted for approval to the respective Class Regulation.

Moulds/Toolings Design
Mould/Tooling design using production criteria (tolerances, finishes, demoulding, and durability) combined with material selection, focus in the client and product needs (aluminium, steel, composite, one-off wooden moulds, machined tooling board). Processes support: autoclave, RTM, infusion and more.

Nesting Service for Kit Cutting
Design and creation of Nesting files with cut parts ready to be sent. Digitization of parts and full set of lay-up laminates Nesting.

Structural Analysis (FEA)
